1. Who we are

Stylon provides a virtual try-on and size advice widget for online clothing stores. When a brand (the "merchant") installs Stylon on its webshop, the merchant is the data controller and Stylon acts as a data processor on the merchant's behalf. Contact: info@stylonofficial.com.

2. What data we process

• Photos you upload — used only to generate your virtual try-on preview.
• Body measurements (optional, e.g. height, weight, chest, waist, hips) — used only to calculate your size advice.
• Anonymous usage data — an anonymous identifier and session identifier, plus events such as "widget opened" or "try-on completed", to provide statistics to the merchant. This contains no names or email addresses.

3. Your photo & AI processing

Stylon uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate your preview. Your photo is processed only to create that preview. Stylon and the merchant do not store your photo; it is held only temporarily in your browser and during processing. The image is processed by our AI provider (Google, within the European Union) and is not used to train AI models. The generated preview is a visual simulation and may differ from reality.

4. Legal basis

We process your photo and measurements based on your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the boxes before uploading a photo. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that already took place.

5. How long we keep data

• Photos: not stored by Stylon or the merchant.
• Measurements: kept only while needed for the service and removed on request.
• Anonymous usage data: kept for statistics and cannot identify you personally.

6. Who we share data with (sub-processors)

• Google Cloud (Vertex AI) — AI processing of the try-on, in the EU.
• Supabase — secure database and authentication.
• Cloudflare — global delivery of the widget files.
• Render — hosting of the backend service.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and protected with strict access controls. Each user can only access their own data, and each merchant can only see their own statistics.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@stylonofficial.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Terms of Service

1. The service

Stylon offers a virtual try-on and size advice widget that brands can add to their online stores. Previews and size advice are generated using AI and are indicative: they are an aid, not a guarantee of exact fit or appearance.

2. Acceptable use

• Upload only photos of yourself, or photos you are allowed to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

3. AI & accuracy

The try-on preview is an AI-generated simulation and the size advice is an estimate. Results may differ from the actual product or fit. Always use your own judgement before purchasing.

4. Intellectual property

The Stylon widget, software, and brand remain the property of Stylon. You keep ownership of the photos you upload.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Stylon is not liable for purchase decisions made based on a preview or size advice, or for temporary unavailability of the service.

1. Wie zijn wij

Stylon biedt een virtuele paservaring (try-on) en maatadvies-widget voor online kledingwinkels. Wanneer een merk (de "winkel") Stylon installeert op zijn webshop, is de winkel de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke en treedt Stylon op als verwerker namens de winkel. Contact: info@stylonofficial.com.

2. Welke gegevens wij verwerken

• Foto's die je uploadt — alleen gebruikt om jouw virtuele preview te maken.
• Lichaamsmaten (optioneel, bijv. lengte, gewicht, borst, taille, heup) — alleen gebruikt om je maatadvies te berekenen.
• Anonieme gebruiksdata — een anoniem id en sessie-id, plus gebeurtenissen zoals "widget geopend" of "try-on voltooid", om statistieken aan de winkel te tonen. Dit bevat geen namen of e-mailadressen.

3. Je foto & AI-verwerking

Stylon gebruikt kunstmatige intelligentie (AI) om je preview te genereren. Je foto wordt uitsluitend verwerkt om die preview te maken. Stylon en de winkel slaan je foto niet op; deze blijft alleen tijdelijk in je browser en tijdens de verwerking. De afbeelding wordt verwerkt door onze AI-dienstverlener (Google, binnen de Europese Unie) en wordt niet gebruikt om AI-modellen te trainen. De gegenereerde preview is een visuele simulatie en kan afwijken van de werkelijkheid.

4. Rechtsgrondslag

Wij verwerken je foto en maten op basis van jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming, die je geeft door de vakjes aan te vinken vóór het uploaden van een foto. Je kunt je toestemming op elk moment intrekken; dit heeft geen invloed op verwerking die al heeft plaatsgevonden.

5. Hoe lang wij gegevens bewaren

• Foto's: worden niet bewaard door Stylon of de winkel.
• Maten: alleen bewaard zolang nodig voor de dienst en op verzoek verwijderd.
• Anonieme gebruiksdata: bewaard voor statistieken en niet tot jou herleidbaar.

6. Met wie wij gegevens delen (sub-verwerkers)

• Google Cloud (Vertex AI) — AI-verwerking van de try-on, in de EU.

Wij verkopen je persoonsgegevens niet aan derden.

7. Beveiliging

Gegevens worden versleuteld verzonden en beschermd met strikte toegangscontrole. Elke gebruiker heeft alleen toegang tot zijn eigen gegevens en elke winkel ziet alleen zijn eigen statistieken.

8. Jouw rechten (AVG)

Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van je gegevens, op het intrekken van toestemming en op dataportabiliteit. Neem hiervoor contact op via info@stylonofficial.com. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Algemene Voorwaarden

1. De dienst

Stylon biedt een virtuele paservaring en maatadvies-widget die merken aan hun webshop kunnen toevoegen. Previews en maatadvies worden met AI gegenereerd en zijn indicatief: ze zijn een hulpmiddel, geen garantie voor exacte pasvorm of uiterlijk.

2. Toegestaan gebruik

• Upload alleen foto's van jezelf, of foto's die je mag gebruiken.
• Upload geen onrechtmatige, beledigende of inbreukmakende inhoud.
• Misbruik de dienst niet en probeer deze niet te verstoren.

3. AI & nauwkeurigheid

De try-on preview is een door AI gegenereerde simulatie en het maatadvies is een schatting. Resultaten kunnen afwijken van het echte product of de echte pasvorm. Gebruik altijd je eigen oordeel voordat je iets koopt.

4. Intellectueel eigendom

De Stylon-widget, software en het merk blijven eigendom van Stylon. Jij behoudt het eigendom van de foto's die je uploadt.

5. Aansprakelijkheid

De dienst wordt geleverd "zoals deze is". Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is Stylon niet aansprakelijk voor aankoopbeslissingen op basis van een preview of maatadvies, of voor tijdelijke onbeschikbaarheid van de dienst.

6. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden en ons privacybeleid bijwerken. De meest recente versie staat altijd op deze pagina.
