2. What personal data do we process?

2.1 Account Data

• Email address
• Unique user ID
• Account settings

2.2 User Content

• Photos of clothing items (digital wardrobe)
• Photos of users (for virtual try-on)
• Images uploaded in AI chat

2.3 Profile Data (optional)

• Body measurements (such as height, chest, waist, hips)
• Style preferences

2.4 AI Chat (Stylon AI stylist)

• Chat messages
• Possible images
• Contextual input

This data is stored and automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

2.5 Social Chat (between users)

• Messages
• Shared images

This data is kept as long as the account is active or until the user deletes it.

2.6 Technical and Usage Data

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Interactions (such as clicking and screen usage)
• Crash and error reports

2.7 Advertising and Tracking Data

• Advertising ID (device identifier)
• Interactions with advertisements

3. Purposes of processing

We use personal data for: account management, digital wardrobe, virtual try-on, AI style and fitting advice, AI chat functionality, social interaction, analysis and improvement of the app, security and fraud prevention, displaying advertisements.

4. Legal bases

• Performance of a contract: Account and app usage, storage of content and chats, delivery of functionalities.
• Consent: Body measurements, personalized advertisements (if enabled), tracking and analytics. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
• Legitimate interest: Security, product improvement.

5. AI and personalization

Stylon uses AI for styling advice, fit advice, virtual try-on, and chatbot functionality. There is no fully automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22 GDPR).

6. External service providers

We use Supabase, Google Cloud Vertex AI, OpenAI, Replicate, Google, and Apple / RevenueCat.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed outside the EEA. We use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Retention periods

• Account data: as long as the account is active
• AI chat: maximum of 30 days
• Social chat: as long as the account is active
• Analytics: in accordance with standard retention periods of the tools

9. Advertisements and tracking

We use Google AdMob for advertisements and tracking. More info via policies.google.com/privacy.

10. Security

We take appropriate measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, secure storage, and access control.

11. Your rights

You have the right to: Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Data Portability, and Objection.

12. Minors

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older.

13. Changes

Significant changes will be communicated via the app.
